The service

iBetNews provides news, analysis, regulatory documents, data and professional tools for the betting and iGaming industry. The content is intended for professional use by people working in or with the industry. It is not directed at consumers and it is not gambling advice, legal advice or financial advice.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Staff accounts must enable two-factor authentication.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing credentials, or using an account on behalf of an entity that has not agreed to these terms, is not permitted.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, after notice where practicable.

Subscriptions and paid services

• Some content, reports and tools may be offered under paid plans. Prices, billing periods and what each plan includes are stated at the point of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the offer. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, it will be honoured.
• We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from the next renewal.
• Business subscribers are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, crawl or systematically extract content, data or tool outputs beyond what the RSS feeds and public APIs are designed to provide;
• republish, resell or redistribute content without written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution and a link;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, probe its security, or interfere with its operation;
• submit false information, impersonate others, or post content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes third-party rights;
• use the service to promote gambling to consumers or to minors, or in breach of any applicable advertising rules;
• use the service in any way that breaches applicable law.

Intellectual property

All content, design, software, data compilations and trademarks on iBetNews are owned by iBetNews or its licensors. Regulatory documents reproduced from official sources remain subject to their own terms. Nothing in these terms grants you any right in our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the service as intended.

Tools and calculators

Our tools use open methodology and show the date of the last review. Results are estimates for information purposes and depend on the inputs you provide and on rules that change over time. Always verify against the official sources before relying on a result.

Third-party content and links

Sponsored content is labelled in accordance with our Editorial Policy. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iBetNews is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site and, for registered users, by e-mail. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which iBetNews is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
